WEBSITE REDESIGN & ONLINE ORDERING
Boston Bagel Company was looking to redesign their website with a modern look and feel. They recently opened a second store location in the North Shore of Beverly Farms and wanted to give their customers the convenience of ordering online at both locations. A challenge that we faced was making it clear to the viewer that there are now two locations.
We presented a single page layout design for the new look and feel of Boston Bagel. A major pro to having a single page layout is having all the information on one page so it is nice and easy for the customer to obtain whatever information they need without having to click around. We then incorporated an online ordering service to their website. This online ordering service will allow a customer to choose which location to order from, which will reinforce the two store locations.

ONLINE ORDERING
Online ordering has become increasingly popular in today’s society. Boston Bagel’s customers now have the conveinence of ordering their food online for delivery or pick up. The online ordering framework responds to any device or browser for complete mobile responsiveness.
Online Ordering is completely custom for Boston Bagel’s website. They are able to control everything from their delivery zones to the variety of ways they can receive their orders which includes Email, Text, Fax, Printer and select POS systems.
Online Ordering also allows Boston Bagel to extend their online ordering to their Facebook page and make use of online ordering’s vital marketing features to allow customers to share their orders and like their favorite food.
